This has been a horrific experience with this company. I would strongly suggest that you purchase your shed elsewhere. They will take your credit card and charge you, but they do not do their due diligence to make sure they choose a carrier that can deliver the item to your residential location. And once it’s randomly shipped out, they wash their hands of it and believe they have completed the task. It’s now somehow your responsibility.
Reviews are interesting. I read through all of the negative reviews about this company on the internet: this includes their own web site. I was looking for a trend and I found it. Quality customer service is truly based on what they do when there is a issue with an order and not when a simple shipment happens to show up on time. Based on the negative reviews I’ve read, this company consistently fails their clients in resolving these similar shipment/delivery issues. They take zero accountability and immediately try to place fault on the client. Somehow they believe it’s the clients fault on how the shipment was coordinated for delivery. They then threaten the client with ridiculous restocking fees and outrageous extra shipping charges. When the client pushes for them to take responsibility and complete their work, instead of taking care of the issue, they continue to threaten the client with collections agency’s and potentially taking them to court. Based on my experience, and reading the negative reviews, this seems to be a standard practice for this company.
In my case, the delivery never happened to the residential address I placed the order for. I had to manage the 1000lb load, that was stacked on a single 8’ pallet, and delivery it myself; incurring huge added cost and time.
Don’t risk it, purchase your shed somewhere else.

“***Anyone reading this complaint should google search Darby Russell Rd Murphys, California 95247 and ask yourself if you would expect a 1000 lbs garage to be delivered there without any issues if you lived on that road or if you think maybe you would ask the company prior to ordering from them. It’s pretty obvious. The road is a curvy, single lane road with low hanging trees obstructing any semi-trailer from entering. This item is only delivered via semi-trailer due to it's very large size.***
Notice this review doesn't state anything about the delivery address. This customer lives in the Indian Hills up multiple curvy, single lane roads with low hanging trees. The customer failed to contact us prior to ordering to inform us of his unique area. At checkout our website Terms instruct the customer to call us prior to ordering if they live in an area with restrictions due to geographic location, inaccessible roads (dirt, gravel, dead ends, single lane, low hanging wires etc.) so we can make sure it is a deliverable area. This customer lives in an undeliverable area and once the freight carrier we hired arrived there they called us and informed us they cannot deliver up there. We then called every freight carrier in the area and none of them could provide service to deliver this garage to the customer's home. In the end we delivered it to a different address chosen by the customer. The customer should have been upfront and honest with us to prevent this situation.
Our staff is available 7 days a week for your convenience and this customer could have easily called us to discuss his special needs prior to ordering to make sure we could help him. The customer did not give us that opportunity. He instead now wants to mislead our future customers into believing we just don't do residential deliveries well. The statements being made by this customer are false statements of fact and defamatory with malice intentions of bringing harm to our small family business. "Shed was late had to call to get a tracking number and then did not know where shed was, finally arrived and was told when purchased it would be delivered into yard. They shipping company dropped the two pallets out of the box truck because they wouldn’t fit on lift gate , customer service said oh we won’t go into yard to drop even though I was told they would. I should have went with other company that was only 300 more"

"You DO NOT want to buy your shed from this company. What I received was an absolute piece of junk and a complete rip off. I'd have been better off just using the box it was shipped in as a shed. Thin, cheap, plastic walls, doors, floor and roof. Buy a galvanized steel shed for half the price - you'll be way better off. But above all, whatever you do, don't get it from ShedsForLessDirect.com because if you're not happy (and you won't be) and want to return it, they're going to charge you $170 for the "free" shipping, on top of a 25% restocking fee (even if you haven't used it) and you're going to pay to ship it back. You'll end up with about 25% of what you paid and a very expensive lesson in not buying a shed from these jokers. The best thing you can do right now is close your browser window, get in your car and go to Lowe's or Home Depot. They also delete any poor reviews from their website."
"Sheds for Less handled the product order very quickly and had great follow up concerning shipping and the expected dates of delivery. The only thing they could improve on is putting more precise dating for expected delivery on the invoice copy through the order process. Invoice said shipping within 5 to 10 days and I actually received shipment 24 days following the order placement.
Secondly the manufacturer of the product needs to do a better job of selecting framing lumber and cutting more precise lengths. I had several pieces of framing lumber that were so twisted and bent that I had to replace them for sidewall construction. Four other pieces for the base of the sidewall construction were short in length and also needed replaced. With a unit that requires the installation of glass I would also think that the roof trusses would be better selected for twists. I did however with careful installation get the system square enough to use those that were sent. "

Update- sheds for less shipped the corral, were really good with communication, and extremely professional. This was a very pleasant online purchase. "
