"No delivery, fake tracking #, no refund, no reply to calls or emails.
On September 21, 2014, I ordered a shirt, belt, and marine-grade Velcro for a total, including shipping, for $38.98. On September 22, I was sent an email saying the goods were shipped and given a Post Office tracking number. I followed up on that number but it was NEVER in the USPS system. In two months it was NEVER in the USPS system, meaning the items never shipped. I called at least 8 times asking for either the items or a refund, always getting an answering machine - nobody has ever called me. I emailed 5 times to Sheepleg. On November 23rd, two months after my order, in reply to an email, I get an automated email reply with the same void tracking number - no explanation, nothing. The tracking number is still invalid today. I got three more automated replies, all identical, "Thank you for contacting Sheepleg. One of our team members will respond to you as soon as possible."
NOBODY EVER CALLED or responded. I called several times again in December, as I wanted the items for my vacation. Still not the courtesy of a call. I made 9 calls and 5 emails, and 0 responses.
When I leave a message I am quite clear of my name, order number, and phone number. As of today, 4-3-15 all these items are still on the website and showing as available, and ship in 2-3 days. Yet this is a very disreputable company refused to ship the items.
He promptly took my money on PayPal, but has refused every request for the items or the money. Therefore I want my money back. I may pay a bit more elsewhere - but I will get my products.

"Sheepleg.com has terrible customer service! I ordered 3 pairs of socks, sheepleg listed them as shipped, but they never arrived. I sent many emails and left phone messages but never heard from them. Finally disputed the transaction on paypal and then they sent an email (over a month after the original order) saying that the socks were out of stock and they would issue a refund. They did not. So here I am, two months later, and I still can't get a response. No refund. No socks. Big ripoff! Awful!! Don't buy from sheepleg!!!"
