"The payment client that you use (I think AllBirds also uses the same one) always seems to be pretty slow and takes a while to process and confirm payment.

As for the actual shopping experience, it was good. Size guidelines were provided and easily accessible. I feel like the color of the product was difficult to judge because of how vibrant the background was (for example, looking at the gray pillowcase on that pinkish color, made color selection more difficult). I would suggest a more neutral color (like a light gray). I'm looking forward to getting my pillow cases!"
