"I purchased a IPAD leather case from these guys. It was packed poorly for shipping and was damaged. I sent them a picture and ask for an exchange. I have given up after 3 emails with no reply. Don't buy from these guys. "
"What a terrible thing that i've done. I should have never ordered from these people. My experience with Shenit was horrifying. I order a Android tablet, then 3 week later I receive it through the mail. Next thing was the power supply adapter broke. They offer to replace it for free. Three more weeks goes by, then I receive what they said should be the correct power-supply for my device. It's not right cord to charge my tablet. I write them again about it -they say that I have right cord for my device because they will never send out wrong charger... So then I was told to take pictures of the device with cord. An email to me explains that they sent me the right stuff. Now realizing, I was mail the wrong device from the get go. SMH!! And I can't get a response back about my power supply. NEVER AGAIN will I support China!"
"First I received the wrong iphone case. I ordered a 2 piece case and the one they sent was one piece and not silicone. When I emailed customer service I did not get a reply so a few days later I emailed again. I then got a rude reply to wait and they would send correct one. A couple weeks later I received an email that the case was not available in the color I ordered and they would send a translucent one. That was November 12, I have yet to receive it. I'm guessing I'm just out the money. Would order again!"

I ordered a Apad iRobot Telechip TCC8902 7" Android 2.1 Tablet PC 4GB a.k.a Haipad M701.
# It had some bald guys pictures and Google settings!
# It was scratched up.
# The box indicated HDMI AND Telechip 8902. (THE DEVICE WAS NOT!)
# THE DEVICE STOPPED BOOTING UP AFTER 1 DAY

Customer service refused to respond to ANY requests for service or support. However, when I contacted them from a different email address (without the order number), they responded immediately.
To make matters worse, they provided me with a software link that confirmed that the device was NOT Telechip 8902!
Their web site boasts a 7 day money back policy and a 1 year warranty. Good luck with either one!
I sent their crappy product back to China and filed a dispute with my credit card company.
If you are smart, keep your money in your pocket!"

I ordered from this company and received a Card for a Nintendo DS. The card did not work. It has been about 1 1/2 months and still no resolution....
They are very slow with any email and have not acted on repeated requests for an RMA...I have ordered 3 cards from 2 other companys and they are up and running but still no response and no RMA from Shenit. Don't buy from shenit. Bad firm. I would strongly recomend against this company...!!!"
