"I was looking for a certain western belt. I found one that was a color I liked from the picture. There was no color description on website for that belt. I went from the picture that it was showing me which was a grey light colored cow hair. When I got belt it was dark black cow hair colored. I reached out to help desk and I explained that I went by the picture and that there was no color description. I asked if the grey belt was available. They wrote back that they are checking. I haven't heard back so I may return belt."

The Middle East fabric cannot be called true denim. Mexico Levis can.
Very disappointed that a simple request cannot be filled for my orders.

"I ordered a pair of boots from the website only to receive an email later stating my order was out of stock but I still have a payment authorization pending on my card for $182. It has been well over a week and it has not gone away. When I try to call their 800 number it says they are closed and that they are open from 8am until 10pm daily even when my call is placed within that time period. Emailing them does not work either, just receiving unhelpful, vague responses. Will never order anything from them again."

From the condition of the box, very dirty and scarred with wear, the item was likely to be new old stock. The shoes were good quality Ropers and fit properly and comfortably. I decided to avoid the hassle of a return so I kept them. But I won't order from Sheplers again."
