"I stayed at this hotel back in October and there was some men in the lobby asking about peoples cars .When we was checking in .I thought nothing of it . Until the next day when i went outside to my car. i noticed something was wrong with one of my tires.So for your safety beware of staying in this hotel."
"THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!
It was my special birthday weekend and got the hotel for my birthday. Unfortunately I had a family emergency and had to leave a day early. I go to the counter to inform the agent on my situation. They kindly tell me they will remove the night charge from my balance and will only get charged for one night, he printed me out a invoice and proceeded to Checkout of the hotel.
A couple days later I find my account is charged both nights. Fine, it can get fixed. I call the hotel and they were NO HELP. They kept repeating to me there cut off check out time policy and have to be charged for that room, they we extremely unhelpful, cut me off in sentences, and didn't care that I had proof of the charge being removed. After countless waiting time, transfers, and higher ups I took it to my bank to get the charges disputed. The representative and I called the Hotel to see if we can get a resolution, NOTHING, even he was appalled at the customer service we were getting from the Manager. Needless to say I am very upset, annoyed, and disgusted by the horrible customer service I received at this hotel. I am a repeating customer and I will certainly NEVER be a guest at Sheraton again. I myself am a customer service representative and could not understand how careless and unwilling to help these agents and managers were."
