"Their products are great, however it is such a headache if you ever have to receive a refund or ask to return an item or if there are any shipping issues. There have been 2 instances where I have had to return an item and it took them about 4 months to get my refund and they sent it via check rather than back to the card I purchased it from. I emailed them constantly and they either would not respond for weeks at a time or they would be very vague, when I would call they would give me the run around. We decided to give them another try and again, we received partial of our order and the packing slip said we received our helmet, which we did not, we called them and they told us we would get an email with the tracking number and it would be shipped by next week, it has now been over a month and nothing. We then called back and requested a refund and they told us by next week we should have the refund in the card we purchased it from and we did not, we called again and now they're saying they have put a note to get a refund (which we had been told the first time that they did the same thing). This company is a mess and have HORRIBLE customer service! They are lucky that it is difficult to purchase arborist items so they are basically the only company to purchase from."

After wasting my time calling twice, one lady after 7 minutes couldn't even look up my order, I was promised shipment that day twice and I was lied to twice as it still has not shipped even though it still says In Stock. "I've placed 2 orders with Sherrill Tree and am pleased with both transactions. For the second order, a promo code was not accepted during checkout. I called Sherrill and was told to put the code in the comments field. When I later checked the invoice I saw that the code was applied, and in addition to that Sherrill also added a free rope bag from another promo that I did not know about. Great service!

"Placed an order....no warning that they weren't available. Days later called to inquire......on backorder.
Called 2 months later.....they had been in stock for weeks, will send tomorrow. Called next day to confirm, will ship tomorrow. Next day....will ship tomorrow. Still have my money. Staff acts very concerned when i call and will look right into it.....give me an exact time even that they will call back......then days just go by again.
Decided I don't even want my money back. Would prefer to just tell people what they are like."
