"Bought several dresses, those that were right are beautiful and look really nice on. Custom made dress with sleeves does not go half-way up arm as 3 inches less than measurement supplied. Have bee emailing since 20th May they seem to ignore the fact that the dress is wrong."

"I purchased a dress for my daughter for her debs, I paid 27.50 extra for quick delivery. The dress when it arrived (was not within the days they promised...despite their customer service emailing to say it would arrive "soon") was shabby, it was nothing like the picture, I had to pay to get it altered. When I complained, I was asked to send pictures which i did, I asked for a refund they offered a pathetic 25.00....I declined saying I would rather spend time every day telling people what their products and disgraceful customer service were like! "Bought a dress for £140 which did not fit and looked like something that a panto dame would wear and was far too big even though we sent full accurate body measurements. After many e mails they refused a refund but offered to make another dress as a replacement. After many more e mails they then said the other dress would cost me full price. I came away with nothing. Threatening legal action, poor internet reviews did not work. Only advice I can give is stay away. "

"Ordered a prom dress was made incorrectly colours not as advertised on site . I was offered a £9.60 refund on a £100 dress or them to put right their mistake for £80 . Is there anywhere I can report this too a consumer helpline or something . As they are based abroad they obviously get away with basically steeling off people it's a disgrace . "They took more money out of my account that I agreed to pay, they delivered the wrong dresses (full sleeves instead of sleevless), will not accept blame. Initially they asked me to have the dresses fixed locally and they offered a partial refund which turned out to be 8%! I pointed out their website says they will remake the dress if the customer is unhappy and they said they would but would charge an additional "material fee". I pointed out their site says they will waive this fee if it is their mistake. They responded they would offer a £10 refund (less than their first offer!). Absolute nightmare to deal with!Have contacted Trading Standards. Avoid at all costs! It is a shame as the dresses were actually pretty and well made....just not the right dresses!"
