"Waiting on a return credit for 3 weeks and keep getting the run around and excuses. Would not recommend purchasing anything from this company."

"I ordered 2 LED light fixture from this company and after a week of not receiving them or any information that I'd even get them, I cancelled and told them I would refuse delivery if they sent them to me. The very next day they Fed Expressed them to me and I was not home to receive the order.
I have received numerous spoofing and scam calls to the number I gave them and every time I call their company to resolve this situation, the "receptionist" takes a message. An RMA was generated and then mysteriously is gone the next day. Luckily I document and screenshot everything.
I have a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and am disputing the charge with my credit card company.

"If you are an individual homeowner who may need something quickly or be able to return it steer clear. Shipping & receipt was extremely slow and now I have been waiting for a "Return Authorization" for over a week because the item was half put together and that was not what we were looking for. Sales and customer service never responded regarding this PRIOR to shipment or after either so that I could cancel, negating the infamous restocking fee. That's right, they will charge me a 20% restocking fee. Go to Home Depot or Lowe's and save yourself this headache and loss of money for the displeasure of doing business with them on an individual basis."
