"I read the ratings and was also a little nervous to order. They had by far the best price on the item I wanted. I usually try to find a physical address with an online merchant. I couldn't find one here (they are in Brooklyn, NY). I went ahead with the order and it couldn't have been smoother. The order email had all the info and their site provided correct tracking. I had my item two days later, which may not be the norm, but it sure made me happy. Everything checked out fine and was new, just as they had listed it."
"Poor customer service and odd shipping policies. An email from them said there was a problem with my address but even when I emailed them back asking for a explanation they never said what the problem was so I had to call them. The CS rep (who was difficult to understand) said they will not ship to a PMB but could not explain why. The order was eventually cancelled."
"I was hesitant to spend $1600 with this merchant I had never heard of before. I was not able to find much feedback on them but the feedback I did find was all positive. I called my order in to ensure that it really was in stock. A friendly person answered the phone and verified that the item was in stock. I placed the order. I was told it would ship in a day or two. I became a little worried when the website still showed my order as "processing" 3 days later. On the fourth day their online order status now showed my order as shipped two days after I placed the order. A quick check of the tracking information on Fedex's website confirmed that they had indeed picked up the package and it was in route to me. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that the shipping had been upgraded to 2nd day service as well! I received the item and am very pleased. The price was terrific as well as the service. I will not hesitate to buy from them in the future."

"Shipdog ordering process was easy and forth right. Placed order for a DAC-100 converter on 12/19. Received an email 12/20, thanking me for the order and other shipping information, plus it should ship within 2 days. The same day, however, I received a notification of shipment with tracking information. I received the item, via fedex, in two day, 12/22. I raped it in the shipping box and put it under the Christmas. When it was opened on Christmas it was exactly as ordered."
"They are playing bait-and-switch. After the item didn't ship and the website said "processing" for several days (despite a promise of shipping in 2 business days) I contacted them by email and got this message
