"At first, to be honest we are hesitant to booked with ShippingQuest due to bad reviews we have read. Anyhow, the efficiency of their agent made us go with them. Since it is our first time working with them, we are given a coupon worth $100 off into our account and this is already a big help to us. We have been asking questions back and forth and from time to time to make sure we are on our budget. During reservation they made sure that we will not exceed to $600 as this is only our budget. They have advised all possible charges we will get and given us instructions how to avoid those charges. When our bill arrived we are on budget. We truly appreciate their transparency towards their rates. The updates are timely and are being sent through email. They also respond immediately if we have questions. They call but we notice most of their communication are through email. The customs broker to got is very effective. We have received our goods successfully. Thanks to ShippingQuest!"
"I would highly recommend this moving company to anyone in the area. They did a fantastic job and made my move fun and stress free. The guys were super personable and incredibly helpful. They arrived early and were quick and efficient and made sure to stick to the time so they didn't exceed the cost I was quoted. They didn't complain about anything I asked them to do (including staying a little bit longer to move furniture around and help me put down a large area rug). They even helped me package up miscellaneous bags into one big box so they could put it in their truck and I wouldn't have to make numerous trips back and forth from my house to the apartment. All in all, as stressful as moving can be they made it an easy and enjoyable experience and I wish I didn't move so far away so I could use them again for any future moves!"
"These guys are quite possibly the worst company that we have ever done business with. Whoever wrote that they give you a rock bottom price and inflate the price once the goods are received is 100 % accurate. They have no customer service support once they have your money in hand. As a small company we lost hundreds of dollars due to unaccounted fees, addons, and unforeseen charges due to their unethical business practices. There was no way to get in touch with customer service except by email, and they did not keep us updated as to the status of our international shipment. This company is so bad that someone went ahead and created a website dedicated to how awful and unethical they are as a company. I wish we would have seen these reviews before doing business with them. Do yourself a favor and stay away. "

I received a quotation from them of $658 for shipping my goods to Paris, France. Their website is an all in one very well detailed website. All the information I looked for was there, you just need to do a thorough reading though. But it was all worth it, they even assigned me to an agent who helped me understand more the process.
I drop off my goods at their receiving terminal in Ohio, payed my bill as what I have expected for an amount to pay and my freight sailed.
I waited for 3 weeks time then received a call from their partnered consolidator in France, they are very accommodating and kind. They helped me with clearing customs and transiting my good to our door address in Paris. This was most convenient shipping experience I ever had. I will surely recommend ShippingQuest to my friends in Ohio who plans to go back home. "
"I contracted with ShippingQuest to ship my documents and personal stuff to India last March 2,2018. I will be having a surgery there that I needed to stay for 3 months. I have already arranged everything and confirm the sailing before I flew to India. I have opted one of my personnel to take care of my cargo since the time I arrived in India I was immediately admitted.
ShippingQuest has expedited my goods and it has arrived India after 6 weeks. But I did not know that the personnel I have opted with to take care of my cargo did not make the clearance. Since then my goods we're sent back to Singapore and was abandoned. This was the last information I knew after my successful surgery.
I have flew back to USA with a burden heart knowing my freight was discarded. I have tried my luck and check with ShippingQuest and ask them to see if it was not totally destroyed. Luckily they replied with a contact person in Singapore. I call the agent right away to check. The agent was very friendly and assisted me. Together with ShippingQuest they have tried to locate my goods and I was so lucky that it was not yet destroyed. I was able to retreat my items and ship it back to US. I truly appreciate the effort the support is beyond compare. "
"I was checking online for an international shipper who can expedite my personal items in the Philippines for my long vacation. It was the very last 8 hours of my life to decide whether to take it on the plane or have it shipped thru ocean shipping. I saw shippingquest online and called them, in an instant, I was assisted and provided with a quote. They have given me an address where I can drop off my goods and it is just 10 miles away from my apartment. When I arrived at the terminal agent automatically assisted me and palletized my goods. After I drop off I make my way to the airport. I reach Philippines after a day and a half then I received my final bill. I automatically paid it and after 3 days my goods ship out!

"We moved from North Carolina to Lisbon, Portugal and had 11 boxes (50inX50inX24in) to ship.
At first everything was really smooth. The quote was great when comparing to other companies, and the lady Cris was really helpful during all the times (10?) we spoke on the phone.
And then the problems started. No one said anything about the maximum capacity of one palette, even after I mentioned the size of the boxes and how many they were, no one made sure I knew what was needed in terms of customs, no one told me I had to call someone in Rotterdam (Netherlands) to find out where my things were, no one told me I had to be the one making sure the things were finally going to be shipped to Lisbon,...
I know they will say I had the read the fine print, I had to click all the links on the emails, that it is my fault, but after speaking with them more than 10 times on the phone, asking all kinds of questions, they could have said or reinforced some of the things I just mentioned.
Never again!

"We decided to send 7 boxes from Miami to Russia & I was clueless how to do so. Currently the boxes are about to be sent by Shippingquest.com but they are ready to go. I find the Shipping Quest team to interact a lot with you, which is good as you want to know what is going on. They reply to questions on the same day. ShippingQuest set up the boxes, they get your shipment onto the ship, then they organize everything in the Russian port. 2 people have helped me get things done, Mary & Gino both understand their business really well. I decided to delivery the boxes to their depot myself which saves money. The guy on reception was great and did everything for me. The people then collected my boxes and took them to the port. It was all done in under 30 minutes, you cannot go wrong. Very efficient. All in all i am very happy. I can't wait till we get our shipment. "

Quoted $700, cost me $2,500. They lied the whole process i ended up payimg for a whole container to move 2 cu meters.
