"The shirt took a month to arrive. When I opened the package there was a strong chemical smell. I washed the shirt in cold water one time, and the print is already coming off. I haven’t even worn it yet. So disappointed. "
"I wanna start by saying i loved shirtpunch. I've been buying shirts from them since they first opened. The problems all started with the new owners. I ordered 4 shirts. They arrived smelling much stronger than usual (if you order shirts from shirt a day sites, the vinegar like smell is familiar) and the quality was poor. Colors bleeding together tones completely different from what was advertised and fine details appeared very blurry. I provided pictures showing the print quality issues to customer service and explained all my issues including the fact that the shirts smelled way stronger than usual. Patrick was very condescending. He told me "I have to be honest though, from the photos you sent in the prints don't look that off to me" he also said the odor is normal. After sending more pictures with side by side comparisons to what was advertised he then said "it's difficult to match the print on cotton to the mock-ups". It's one thing to be a little off but when the shirts look like blurry knock-offs, that's a problem. Only after I sent pictures of one shirt missing most of the print after the first wash was the issue resolved. Sadly every **** I've bought since they reopened with new owners all look flakey within a short time."
"How the awesome have fallen. I ordered 2 shirts at beginning of the month, then 5 more because i liked the designs.
1. No response from customer care for asking what's taking so long to process order after a month.
2. Customer care facebook redirects you to customer care email that lacks replying.
3. Status still processing after a month, even Tripp was nice to send am "I'm sorry it's the holidays." Email apologizing for slow service/shipping.
4. Website still says 10-15 business days from order date.
All in all don't buy from them they have crazy awesome shirts but they aren't shipping anywhere near on time and i can't just order and forget such great things. I order things i want when i want them and expect the shipping dates to be accurate.

"Horrible customer service. Sent an email about missing shirts after 20 business days had passed. Patrick responded saying that there was a quality control issue and that he will give me an update the following week when he is in the office. 2 weeks pass and no response from Patrick. So I email him again and say I want my shirts or I want a refund. Patrick responds that the shirts are being made and he will send me a shipping confirmation the following week. 2 weeks pass again and I'm pretty annoyed by the promises of follow up and ZERO follow-up actually happening unless I email them. I send him an email stating that I want a refund. I'm tired of waiting, I'm tired of him saying next week I'll get an update. Come today and I recieve a shipping confirmation. It was sent on the 15th but I recieved my confirmation 5 days later after I finally ask for the refund. Garbage customer service. Avoid at all costs. There are better "shirt of the day" companies!!!! Im just now on Aug. 20 receiving any indication that I'm recieving the shirts I ordered in MAY."

After 17 business days I contacted them regarding my order, they said shipping was delayed on one of the items I ordered but should be in the mail shortly. I was asked to contact them again if I hadn't received a notification by the end of the week. I reached back out to them only to be told they would look into it the next day, it has been a few days and I still have not been given an answer. "
"I have ordered from them before with no issue. This time around i ordered my stuff A MONTH AGO now and i have contacted customer service 4 times...out of these 4 times they responded 1 time.(mind you the interaction was less then helpful and they told me to contact them in another week, which i did) Im beginning to be concerned that my item will not ship.....still no response other then the initial interaction. I wouldnt mind the long shippibg if the customer service was more helpful and communicated better."
"I had previously bought from them a reasonable amount, but I noticed the t-shirts fell apart quite quickly. Over time this became worse and worse. Several t-shirts had holes in them within a week. Some arrived already damaged. I ordered for a birthday gift for my husband (who likes the geeky designs) and it didn't ship. I contacted them, apparently, there was a problem. They never contacted me, I had to contact them to ask what the heck was going on. They never apologised or offered any compensation.
Between support repeatedly ignoring me when raising issues and the shoddy quality, I'd steer clear. I don't expect much for the cost, but I do expect more than a week out of the t-shirts."
"Their website, operating out of Canada, blocked my card so I had to call my bank. Then, when I finally ordered my shirt, there was no simple way to check my order and no tracking info. Also they charge about a $2 fat tax on 2x shirts"
"I ordered two shirts from them the day of Halloween that I saw on Facebook. I figured what the heck, even if it takes awhile like it says on the website, I'm in no rush to receive them. As the wait went on, I got a little more impatient checking on here (not the biggest confidence booster in their work) and checked my email daily. No updates on it being shipped— in fact, everything seemed to still be processing.
I'd planned to email them about it once their 10-15 business day guarantee had past, until I got the shirts in the mail today. I was really surprised, and got them out to examine them for any rips. Both are a nice fabric, printed well, the one I got that glows in the dark glows perfectly. I went on the website since I was sure that I hadn't gotten an email from them about my order being shipped...and my order is still processing, no email about them being shipped either.
I'm glad I got my order, but I can see how other people could have gotten worse service than I did. Doesn't give me much faith when they're still processing my order while I'm already wearing their shirt— hopefully in the future, they'll fix their technical issues and at least improve on that front. I may buy from them again, since the shirts I got were nice, but only cautiously in the hopes that some of the other horror stories from here don't happen."
"I ordered a tshirt on Oct 28, 2017. I had spoken with company staff members Matt and Patrick regarding my purhase. The item was labeled return to sender. I came to realize that I typed in the incorrect zip code. Once that issue was resolved I asked if the item can be sent with the correct mailing information. Patrick stated there is nothing they can do. The package was now considered "lost due to incorrect mailing address" then said "the item has has been disposed of" This makes zero sense. Patrick said they cannot send the item and they cannot refund my money. I have opened a claim with my credit card company. I advise everyone to do the same.
If you want decent quality, affordable tshrts, order from Six Dollar Shirts. Their shirts are awesome and the customer service is solid.

Am trying to contact them and their site is down (under repair since august 2nd). I go and check info about them. And sure enough, they've gone out of buisness. No refunds no shirt, no nothing. Not even an information email sent to me about them not being able to send me my order. Nor a message about them shutting down.

"So I ordered one of their daily deals back on June 28th 2017. I knew it would take a while, I've ordered from places before that wait until all orders are in and then run the printing. Then I got an email on July 14th about how they were having problems with their supply chain. Fine, okay, that happens.
Except now it's August 7th and their website is down to be updated and "we'll be back online Aug. 2." That was five days ago. There have been no tweets, nothing on their Facebook page, they don't respond to tweets or emails.
And I can't cancel the order because their website is down."
"I ordered a pin from this company mid-June. I assumed like most things online, it'd take a couple weeks to get to me, no big deal. A few days after I ordered, got the email that it'd shipped. Tried to see the tracking, nothing, tried again a few days later, still nothing. Now it's been almost a month...and still no update on the tracking aside from the shipping site saying they're expecting it for shipping. I emailed, got a generic "high volume, we'll get to you as soon as we can" email back. Still waiting. I've ordered shirts from them in the past, years ago now, had no issues. This wasn't a shirt, it was a small item that you'd assume was something on hand that could be thrown in the mail quickly. I'm waiting another week and filing a dispute through PayPal to hopefully get my money back. Don't waste your time or money."
