Great customer service

"I ordered some black hoodies and my daughter wanted me to add some shirts after i placed my order. I contacted customer service and Karisma let me add a few extra shirts to my order and I was still able to get my free shipping. And I still got my order the next day. The only thing is I wish they accept start accepting paypal. Over all I'm very satisfied with my experience."

"I ordered from shirtchamp on 5/8/2016. I chose 2nd day air as I needed the shirts. I live in alaska so second day air was neat $100 for an order of less than $100 shirts. Yes it's alaska and for the 25 years I have lived here 2nd day air through ups is exactly that. After 6 days and my shirts will still not here, I contacted shirtchamp. They refused to refund my money and said the charge 2nd day air for alaska but don't ship it!!! What? There are enough shirt companys, I will go somewhere else. "

I LOST MY CAR THANKS TO SHIRTCHAMP

"long story short I order over 30 shirts from this dump on feb 14 2016 and they gave me low quality crap I sentfor a refund feb 20 2016 and surprise its now apr 28 2016 and I am still waiting on a refund!!!! you do the math!! I run a small time t shirt company and with me not having shirts to sell or money to buy I sold my car to make ends meet thanks a lot shirt champ I just hope you send my refund soon! oh yeah and if your thinking why didn't you call believe me I did. I even talk to the supervisor I believe her name was megan and she was as just as rude as the customer service girl. talking to me chewing good, unprofessional language, it was beyond sad please send my refund I don't know what I will have to sell next"

"ShirtChamp.com .... there is not one thing that make me think of this company as a "champ"
I've had their catalog sitting on my desk for a while, finally decided to do a test order through them... worst mistake ever!
1. they DO NOT track their inventory, so the site will show you items they have discontinued and let you order them, once you order and pay for said items they call you to cancel your order, because they no longer carry those items, also they make it sound like it's your fault for inconveniencing them.
2. they DO NOT send you shipping confirmation or tracking information. also charge you out the wazoo to overnight anything... jiffyshirts.com charges you 7.95- 14.95 for overnight express delivery.
3. when you call to ask a question they put you on hold for about 5 min at a time, per question. even something as simple as " when will I get my refund" .

Bottom line, don't use them, save yourself the headache, go to a company that actually appreciates your business.

"I ordered 30 shirts from shirtchamp.com and it was a NIGHTMARE! First off when I placed my order they went ahead and BILLED my credit card before resolving an issue they emailed me about. They said that my address wasn't verified with my credit card company so they couldn't ship it out. We called our bank and made sure our address was correct. IT WAS! We called them back saying so, and there like, "Sorry its still not working." That was beyond frustrating. We ended up fixing the issues with using a debit card instead. When our package arrived, they were the WRONG SHIRTS!!! We wanted 50% cotton 50% polyester, they were 100% cotton. We call back to just return the order and get our money back. And SUPRISE! We get to pay shipping for returning the shirts we didn't want. We will also be paying a 10% restocking fee! I called and tried to work something out for how seriously inconvenient this company has been and wasting my time and money I would have been making on these shirts I ordered and they wouldn't budge. Kept on saying, "Oh that's our policy, sorry." This company has not been nice to us and treated us very poorly and one of the phone calls I made to the company a girl was giving me terrible attitude! We will never be using them again. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!! I am not a happy customer having to pay for items I won't even have."
