"I had two orders with Shiseido over the last few months and it always takes several weeks to get them delivered. The merchant claims the order is shipped and charges your card, but in fact they just create a shipping label. Customer service is not helpful at all - they claim the problem is on the carrier side, while the carrier has never even received the shipment. Avoid if possible."

"I placed an order with Shiseido.com on 11/29/2015. Today is 12/4/2015 and the order has not shipped. I e-mailed the Shiseido.com, not answered. Called and representative told me the order could be delayed until 12/7/2015 and she could not tell when will be shipped."
