"I collect watches and have ordered from Shnoop on at least two occasions. First time was several years ago when they shipped a Timex Expedition that was DOA...likely a dead battery. At the time, they took the watch back but only if I agreed to an in-store credit. Not my preference but OK except when I went to use the credit several months later and the supplied code didn't work. After many emails over several weeks, finally got the credit. Wasn't happy but assumed it was just under staffed customer service.
Fast forward to April 2019. Purchased a nice Bulova ladies watch for my wife. Same as before, the watch arrived DOA. I reported the problem to Shnoop immediately. I asked for a partial refund to cover the expense of repairing. They declined but offered an $8 in-store credit if I kept or return the watch. Reluctantly, I accepted the in-store credit. They promised to issue the credit shortly but never did and after sending follow up emails, they quit responding completely. Finally, I filed a complaint with Paypal.
The business model appears to be ship out old / defective stock and then wear down the buyer with slow or no support. "
"I made a purchase on Feb 27 and still until this day May 12 haven't receive my product yet. That's okay though cause I already file a complaint with the BBB on them. They will give you the run around of where your product is to give them time and hope that you will forget about it. I will not trust them with a penny on a plate. "I took a chance on Shnoop as a first time customer and in every regard, this has been a terrible experience. I ordered eyeglass frames, and supposedly they shipped the following day. Not so. They printed a shipping label, and said that the item had shipped, though the USPS did not have custody of the item until the following week! I finally received my frames, but they were not the correct size. I used the web site to initiate an exchange, and I did receive automated instructions, but the instructions were for a return, not an exchange. I asked 3 times for a return authorization form, which is part of their instructions, as well as a shipping label. No responses after a week!"
"Sent three emails in a week and received absolutely no response. They have the worst fulfillment of any company that I have dealt with to date. The complete lack of response from customer service is what is most scary. If you have a choice buy from another company. "
