"I purchased a complete set of shocks and a steering stabilizer. The stabilizer was the wrong part. I received a return number, and shipped it back at my expense. They have had it 14 days and I have not heard anything from them. I have called and left messages, sent emails and tried their live chat. NOTHING! I suppose that I lost the cost of the part AND the return shipping. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. Buy somewhere else, even if their price is lower."

"In July, they had 4 struts "in stock". In August, Sept. and Oct i was told they had 3 of 4 and were waiting for one. I asked them to ship me what they had and they agreed. Never received any.
Now, they said that the missing one came in but they did not fill my 4 month old order and now 2 are out of stock.
Communication has been horrible, service is not followed up on. Definitely choose another distributor for shocks and struts."

"I received two struts as ordered but both were shipped damaged. One had scratches on outside looked used and other had tip where threads were snapped off. Couldn't reach via call, email and text is just robo walking you in circles. "

"Ordered a set of shocks per their personnel would fit my vehicle. After receiving them, they were too long compared to existing. Got an RMA number but never received a credit. They stated after receiving them back that it was my fault the wrong shocks were received and per their return policy I would not get any of my money returned.
The late posting is because I just saw this site and wanted to warn others. Obviously their shady practices have not changed or have gotten worse. Check out the BBB report on this company. It is an F."
