Then I tried to get new parts sent out. I forgot to update the delivery address. I contacted the company to ask them to switch the delivery address while the new parts were in transit and offered to pay the difference. Jay, who I spoke with said he would talk to his supervisor and look to change the delivery address. I asked if they would provide some sort of rebate for the labor charges I incurred. Again he said he would talk to supervisor. Suddenly, immediately after the parts arrived the company stopped responding to my requests and would not answer my calls or messages. I still don’t have the parts. Really shady/bad faith business practices. Would not recommend. "
