"I ordered a complete upgraded set of B6 Bilstein shocks on 9 Dec 2019. When I received the shipment one of the shocks appeared to have been repackaged and Its was missing the hardware (plates, bushings, nuts). I tried on line chat and was made to call them. I took photos and provided all shipment information via text. They acknowledged receipt and said they would ship the hardware kit overnight. That was over a month days ago. I have since left several e-mails to the company with no response from them. I even gave them the Billstein Part number for the hardware kit . Surely it shouldn't take a month to ship out the kit! What good is it to get a part to install and not be able to complete the job? The lack of communication on the part of Shock Warehouse has cost me time and money... I would like a complete refund due to Shock Warehouses failure to get me the kit needed to install the shock in a timely manner."
