"Do not purchase shoes from this store. Their sizing is incorrect. I ordered a size larger than my son normally wears so he could grow into them and they shoes were way too small. I don't know how / why but their sizing does not match up correctly. I had paid $10 shipping to get them and had to spend $13 to ship them back. They didn't have a larger size so I ended up with no shoes but spent $23 in shipping costs. Customer service was not helpful and didn't seem to care to satisfy the customer. "
"Do not buy from this store. I purchased a pair of 9 West shoes in the same size I always wear. I own many pairs of 9 West and all fit about the same. These had to have been sized incorrectly as they would not stay on my feet.
I called and requested to return them at the companies cost as they were unwearable and I was told that they were not defective; therefore, I had to pay to ship them back. If a shoe is sized incorrectly, it is defective in my book. Now, if I had put a scratch on the shoe and reported the shoe was scratched (defective in their terms), they would pay for the return.

Purchased a pair of shoes they arrived in a smashed box and the lining is coming off called them and the person said send picture and they would send prepaid label that never happened I sent several E Mails did not receive a response Their service is very bad and I guess they expect me to pay for the return.

"The shoes I ordered and received were marked on the top and dirty on the bottom - obviously had been worn and returned. Shoe Station was very unresponsive to emails requesting resolution. Finally, they returned an email saying I could return the shoes at my expense and exchange them. I responded that I expected them to provide a prepaid return since the shoes were not new & not in good condition - I have not heard back from them since. Beware - very poor customer service & you may not receive new merchandise."

- The site implied the product was in stock, it was not.
- The site offers no way to cancel via email or web.
- The email giving a contact number provided no hours.
- The phone tree which did not answer my call suggested I needed to call back during their hours (unspecified) to effectively cancel. To be fair, they cancelled it and replied via email.
- After this they spammed me, claiming I was subscribed to their mailing list (although I had never subscribed).

"I hadn't heard much about this store, but I took a chance because they had a 25% lower price than other places. They shoes arrived brand new exactly as I had hoped. Shipping was immediate and delivery followed a few days later. Nothing at all to complain about. I would use them again, if they have the shoes I am looking for."
