"Had a terrible experience with this merchant, trying to purchase and then exchange a defective shoe stretcher. (You're supposed to insert this wooden thing into a shoe, then twist a bolt to expand it, thus stretching the shoe.) They accepted the return of the first stretcher, and promptly sent me another defective one. While they didn't charge me again to ship the replacement, I wasted money twice returning both defective items to them. They refused to refund my shipping costs. While shoeandfootcare.com had great prices, and the support reps seemed to want to help, but they would not accept the simple fact that the item was defective, even after I spent hours digitally photographing the defective behavior and patiently trying to explain it to them. (I already have a working stretcher; I know how they work. I wanted another one to have a pair.) I can only assume that they never actually tried to use either of the defective shoe stretchers to actually stretch a shoe. Good luck if you ever need customer service from this merchant.
