"Shoebuy engages in deceptive practices I ordered a pair of shoes on the website because it said that these shoes would ship the same day if ordered before 12 midnight. I called customer service the next afternoon because I did not receive a shipping confirmation The representative explained that it could take several days to process.
If it takes several days to process, the how could they ship the same day
an order update , 3 days later still have not shipped shoes that were to ship the same day. I called 3 times to locate the shoes,and finally on the 3rd try a customer service representative named Mark was helpful. However, still no shoes"
