I wrote this review before I noticed a discrepancy in shipping times. On the site it said order before 12 and your order will be shipped the next day.
However, on my receipt it said they would be shipped in 1-5 days. Since I am in a bit of a hurry for these, I called to clarify. I was told to get the next day shipping I would have to cancel the order and call the next day before noon and place the order again, otherwise it could take up to 5 days to ship. She verified this was the only way to do it, so I canceled the order and bought them from Ugg instead. Good customer service is important to me and that was awful customer service."

"Agent Abigail (I believe that was her name) did not answer my questions and only repeated the one thing she kept saying even though she repeated it with different and incorrect dates. Very unhelpful and even acted like she couldn't hear me where I had to repeat my question 5 times. When I asked kindly to speak to a supervisor she said there was none available, which may be true, but it makes the customer feel they have no options when they are dealing with someone who is not interested in helping them much less tolerating them."
