I called this morning and asked the CSR if he would please credit my account the difference. He refused because it had been 11 days since my order was placed. I seriously can not believe you will not credit a loyal customer. I would still save money if I sent them back with the restocking fee and re-order them. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had, not to mention the gentleman was rude and abrupt. I am only placing this current order( 97860947) because I had promised my son I would get him these shoes. Is there a reason you couldn't save me and you the hassle, even taking off the restocking fee and then crediting me the remainder? If you are not willing to credit me at least a portion, this will be my last order with your company.
