To exchange three shoes, I needed to log in 6 times and make 3 separate exchanges. I needed to remove the items selected for purchase to the wish cart and retrieve them one by one. And, the system stripped the my friends and family 30% discount from the exchanges forcing me to call customer service. Since they couldn't provide a promo code to use, I need a second call to customer service to fix this. This is not efficient for anyone!!
