"I purchased a pair of Mens Apex shoes which began to irritate my feet. I have peripheral neuropathy, my feet burn and tingle most of the time, and I take medication for this condition. I called Customer Service who would not let me do an even exchange these shoes for a larger size even though I was within their 60 day policy. They claim that they count the 60 days from the time I order them until the time they are shipped. Therefore, they are punishing me for being 2 days outside the 60 day period. This is horrible customer service. Do not buy from this vendor. Also, they take forever to answer their phones. Terrible terrible company."
