"I just ordered and received 3 pairs of shoes. 2 out the 3 were NOT in brand new condition. Both pairs have damages, and should have never been sent to me in the first place. It was very clear from the way the shoes were in the box that they had been tried on by someone else; and barely inspected (if at all) before just sending to me. This is not the first time this has happened. I’ve been ordering from this company literally since the site launched, but if I can’t trust the quality of what is being sent to me, there’s no reason to continue supporting. Y’all raised price of the membership and now I’m getting shoes that haven’t even been properly inspected. Disappointed to say the least. "
