(before noon), it took a couple of days for my order to get out. I expected it to be out the door the next day, since I had ordered well past noon, but it wasn't until after I ordered that I got a "Due to holiday volume..." message. They've since updated the site to reflect this.

Shortly after receiving my order, I contacted Shoffee about a box of K-Cups that weren't brewing properly. They didn't respond at all.

They have a "monthly contest" where reviewers are eligible to win a brewer. Despite having written reviews for them, they don't get posted.

So, I've wasted money on a box of junk K-Cups, and I've wasted time writing up reviews. I'm not totally irate, but since their prices are pretty much in line with everyone else, winning me back as a customer would take something special on their part."
