"Product was ordered, paid for and supposidly shipped. Package delivered without product inside. Shop4tech.com said shipped, post office said product not packaged properly. Shop4tec. wanted pictures of package. I sent and they received pictures. Shop4tech said they wanted to investigate to find out where the friction mount was lost. I inquired a few days later and ask if I needed to report to pay pal as a dispute and shop4tech said I didn't need to do that because they would ship out another GPS friction mount. Two days later, I received notice the shipment would be sent and then the next day, I received notice the order was cancelled. Shop4tech did refund to pay pal.
My complaint, sloppy packaging, poor customer support with communication. I did not want my money back, I wanted the product. "
