"I had purchased two sets of Stereo headphones. I had read their general return policy but was unaware that there was a specific return policy on these two items. Ultimately, they would not accept any returns for a refund (apparently because the manufacturer wouldn't reimburse them for the cost of the item). The website basically shirked their responsibility to the customer and wouldn't stand by the products they sold if it meant hey would be out a little money. I should have done more research, but their policy raises serious questions as to the way they do business. I will never purchase another product through them again."

"Shipping was really fast even though it was free. Prices are ok. Checkout was pretty fast and safe. When I received the package, the item had very little mini packaging material to protect the item. "Ordered 8GB 2.8" LCD Touch MP3 MP4 video Player on December 26.
After 1 hour decided to cancel order. Called back and left message asking to cancel order. My request was ignored and they shipped order on Dec 31.
Free Shipping took 2 weeks and I got a used item, not a new one!!! Scratches and fingerprints all over the lcd screen. Now I have to pay to ship it back. This is a huge disappointment."
"UPDATE: after much persistance, I was given a one-time refund by Shop4Tech. I'm having trouble deleting this review, and still want to caution Dell Printer users not to buy incompatible cartridges, but I appreciate the ultimate resolution of my problem by the folks at Shop4Tech.
I ordered a printer ink cartridge for Shop4Tech.com in late September. I did not need to actually replace my ink until just a week ago, and when I opened the package, I got a used refill (not how the product was described) that was leaking ink. Most importantly, it was not at all compatible with my Dell printer, which did not recognize the cartridge and no work-arounds succeeded in getting it to print.
I have been having a lot of trouble getting satisfaction from the company because I did not discover the problem within 30 days.
I noticed that another customer got this message: “Thank you for using our RMA online service. Unfortunately, by our company policy all the ink have 120 days warranty. “
When I asked about 120 days, I got this variation”: Return for replacement is 120 days warranty. Return for refund is 30 days.
Since the cartridge was totally incompatible, the replacement option does not work for me, and they are not even allowing me to speak to someone, or to get a credit for other merchandise.
Beware using this company for ink cartridges, and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
Does anyone know where else I can post my dissatisfaction?
