I received confirmation that my xbox remote was being shipped on January 11th. It is now February 21st and I still have not received it! No response from my e-mail, and phone numbers that don't even ring! If I don't have a response tomorrow I have to go through the mess that is paypal to get my money back. If you don't have working phones, don't list phone numbers! And if there isn't someone answering e-mails during the day, why list operating hours?! Not even a confirmation that my e-mail to support was received? Overall, horrible taste left in my mouth.

Update 04/27/2012 - ResellerRatings FINALLY put this review up here so I can now update it. I STILL have not received the product despite being told on FOUR occasions a new product was being shipped. The people at shop4tech have been quick to reply to tell me something new is being sent, but it's 15 weeks later and I was just told that there was an error and NOW my product is being shipped!!! About six weeks ago I think my first order finally arrived EXTREMELY late and it was dead on arrival!! I've been told twice since then that new products are being sent, but I am pretty sure they just told me that long enough to make sure I couldn't file a claim on paypal. It's been over three months now, so there's nothing I can do. They got my money. Never shopping at shop4tech again even if the product randomly shows up in the next few months."
