"This is my vendor of choice for media and cases. Finally there was a problem. 6 of 100 CD/DVD slim cases were damaged in shipment during the Christmas holidays. This can happen and it's still 94% success, right?

Rather than complain here, I told Shop4Tech about the damage and in the same day, they refunded the price of those 6 cases. I can't ask for anything more and actually didn't ask for the refund.

"Received item with no issues, however attempting to get ahold of someone in their customer service dept is extremely difficult. I tried emailing and calling them without much success. When calling, your only option is to leave a message. Calling a few times, I could never get ahold of a live person. Left message and I'm still waiting for a return call. I like their products and I have no issues with pricing or selection, but their Customer Service score is deservedly low.
