Called customer service and was told I had to return them for credit or order additional cartridges. I did both. However, it would have cost an exorbitant amount to have new ones shipped next day air. Had to go out to another supplier and pick up replacements. This was Shop4Tech's fault, not mine. They should have provided replacements or the new order faster, and at their expense."
