"I buy from Shop4thech on a regular basis for almost 4 years. They have the best prices and usually fast shipping. However, something happened to them about a year ago. Maybe they short on staff or their manager's guidelines has been changed, I don't know. What I know they may not ship your products for 2 or 3 days without even notice although on the website they states that they usually ship in 24 hours. I buy a lot of dvd boxes and these boxes come broken. Out of 500 boxes 20 or 25 always are broken, some of them simply smashed. Year, I 'm aware of the UPS tough shipping, but for 3 years I didn't have smashed boxes! Once I got OPP bags and 100 of them were defective, I called to shop4tech and they told me to send it back on my own expenses and that's it but "feel free to place a new order". Really? So, I threw away $6.
Now I buy some supplies form Amazon or other suppliers, and less and less from Shop4thech but still buy from them as I don't have much choice. "

"Over the past 6 years or so I have turned to Shop4Tech for all my media needs. The pricing on bulk undercuts any local electronic ad I have found locally. Delevery when promised is another aspect of it I like no roaming the shopping malls or driving accross town to a certain store to get that one sale item only to be told they were sold out. I am one who does enjoy shopping from my home computer. No crowds no out of stocks on something you hope they have, it there on screen now. "I have used Shop4Tech a few times over each of the past 2 years or so. Reason I return is because they have the specific media and cases I like to use, and the prices are fair, service consistent. For me on the E.Coast usually I've waited out the few days for free shipping UPS Ground, which takes time (even without a blizzard or two), and it typically takes a week or so. But if I needed something urgent, I know they offer expedited shipping too. Even with the basic/free, I was notified the moment it was packed of a UPS tracking number.

Website is easy to use, never had an issue. Meets my needs, whereas some of my local merchants can't or won't (like colored Lightscribe DVD-R disks, not at Radio Shack!) . Sometimes they toss in free goodies, too! Just received a submersible sports bracelet flashing some numbers I hope to figure out. :-)
