"I bought a MS 6000 wireless Kbd and wireless mouse set from Shop4Tech. Based on a search on google products, this was lowest price I got for this comnbo. The shipping speed was also acceptable, as was the packing, which was pretty hassle free. So overall, a satisfied purchase.

The product itself however, has a very poor manual. I had to call the tech support to get started with my wireless KBD, because it is almost impossible to follow the instructions in the manual and get it started. It misses one small but key point. The tech support person seemed to know the issue and she could guide me right away."

"I have now ordered 2 Canon lens mugs from these guys in 2 seperate orders. The first order was placed October 22nd and has yet to arrive (November 18. God only knows when the other order will get here. I have tried repeatedly to contact these folks via email and they never respond whatsoever. I was enquiring as to why they are charging me NC state tax on these orders. Maybe they are somehow within their rights but I have never had any other internet retailer outside North Carolina (including Amazon) do this.
I have been able to reach them by phone and was told that this slow shipping was because the item/s were shipped from Hong Kong, and the period invelved numerous holidays both here and in Asia. I have monotored several other Shop4Tech customers on a Canon forum ( http://forums.dpreview.com/forums/read.asp?forum=1019&message=36704138) that have ordered these items and they have all received them in much, much shorter time periods. I was waiting till I got the mugs to do this survey so I could evaluate their quality, but every day I go to my mailbox and there's nothing there, I get madder and madder. I needed one of these items days ago as a present.I realize that their website clearly says that items like this CAN take up to 4 weeks, but usually a retailer cuts themselves a lot of slack in making these statements. Look at the reviewers here and see how practically all of the positive ones that give Shop4Tech the thumbs up have only posted ONE review..does that tell you something? Needless to say, this will be my last dealings whatsoever with "Shop4Tech"."
