"Purchased a pair of captain chairs for my 2012 Fleetwood Discovery coach to replace my aging pair. placed the purchase in March and received the chairs in May. the drivers chair was ordered without a massager and power recline, the passenger chair WAS ordered with massager and power recline.
in the order, the passenger seat with the features also had controls on the left side. after installing the seats with the controls in the isle as all coaches have, it was discovered that the chair with the massager and power recline had controls on the right. So we swapped them figuring the controls were improperly installed only to discover that the seat without the massager was 2 inches taller and left the driver barely able to reach the pedals.
I have been calling in for months now (since May) for resolution trying to describe the situation and get resolution. after many conversations and long waits, we determined that the 2 added features were installed in the wrong chair (controls on the left). after further review by the company, they informed me that controls are always on the outside and therefore the seats were right!. in fact they still are not.
the order calls for the 2 features to be installed on the seat with left hand controls and they were installed in the seat with right hand controls. so far, all the company offers me is a discount on a new chair rather than remaking the seat with the left hand controls properly and returning the one i have. as of this writing, they still have not resolved it, have not offered to remake the chair and still wont come to any resolution.
they even went to go so far as to state they weren't sure if the controls position was determined standing in front of the chair or while sitting. convenient....
I believe that the only way to get resolution from this company is to seek legal action on the product.
They called back and offered a mere 500.00 The chairs were 6grand and unusable! WHAT AN INSULT!"
"The worst experiance i ordered on the fact that they were captains chairs and would replace my exsisting chairs it took 6 months to get only to find out that they are regualar seats cheap as **** not even a simple peice of genuin leather do your homework , when i presented the seats to factory drove there to physicly show them the fill in at counter person at the front office still took my $660. for restocking their **** product never taking under concideration customer service ... real work of art this place is i will never go there and highly recomend not to go there."
"Hi all. Just wanted to share my experience with Shop4Seats.com so you don’t make the same mistake I did by using them. We ordered back in February and prior to ordering we called multiple times to find out how long until they shipped. They assured us many times it would take 4 weeks. It ended up taking 9 weeks, and we had to cancel two RV trips making us lose out on non refundable RV spaces (yes we gave ourselves wiggle room, just not 5 weeks worth). When the furniture was delivered, we noticed the couch did not have the pull out drawer we paid $250 for. I called Shop4Seats and they told me they couldn’t see that on my receipt, so I happily forwarded them screeenshots of my receipt I had. They called us back and said that we called in and requested for the drawer to be removed (I absolutely did not ever do this— and if I did why was I not refunded then-makes no sense). So I told them to please send me the correct couch drawer I paid for… and they said it would take 22 weeks. Yes, 6 MONTHS!!! I said okay fine, I’ll wait the 6 months but I am going to use the one you sent, until I get the new one since it was not my mistake and then when they drop it off they can take this one back. Nope, they wouldn’t even do that, they said they wouldn’t even start production until we shipped back the first couch. So now, I am stuck with a couch with no pull out drawer which I desperately needed for storage space. Oh and to top it all off, their managers refused to speak with us, they forced their customer service reps to put us on hold when they go back and forth between the manager and us. Absolutely horrible! Save yourself the headache!"
"Quite simply one of the worst experiences I've endured in retail.
Order 536333. Placed on 4/22/2021 receive a call from 'customer support' on 6/23/2021 stating the options I choose that were offered on their website for my chair order were all the sudden no longer available. Their provider is no longer providing power seat frames. I spoke to megan (who was very helpful) and executed a full refund. Through another supplier I was able to myself source the power base that were 'no longer being manufactured' by shop4seats' provider. I called back customer service hoping to be connected with megan.... nope no such luck, instead I'm connected with Mr. Very Rude himself Richard.
Explained to Richard, I found a power base, and is it possible to halt the refund? He stated the "refund could not be stopped". I asked "if I place another order, will I lose my place in line, and have to wait ANOTHER 2 months for you guys to start my order?" Nope! You'll wait another 2 months.
If you like giving folks an intrest free loan. Then shop4seats.com is the place for you. If you go to there website today, power seats are still available for their seats, even though their 'supplier' has stopped 'making them'?!"
"I purchased seats, seat belts and fabric to redo the inside of my truck on 2/29/2016 and 3/08/2016. I received the first part of the order on 4/22/2016 and the second part of the order on 4/30/2016. I was told that they had lost part of the order and that's what caused the delay. Once i took the second part of the order to be installed, I found out they didn't even send me the correct brackets. I called and spoke to a customer service representative who told me that they would over night the brackets to the company installing it. I also had the installer call and they told him the same thing, that they would overnight them. Now a week later I just got off the phone with another customer service representative and he proceeded to call me a liar and say that they never overnight anything; he will be sending them out in 2-3 business days. So now here I am 2 months later with no brackets, no form of transportation and really no end in sight. The least they could have done was take accountability for their never ending list of mistakes. If my truck wasn't completely torn apart waiting on those brackets I would ask for a full refund and return all products. I find it so hard to believe that they are still in business operating like this. I called and complained to the company on 4/23/2016, 4/29/2016, 5/6/2016, 5/10/2016, and 5/23/2016. I still have no resolution. I also am forced to pay the insulation 50.00 for them to make the brackets themselves since the company can not seem to figure out which ones go to my vehicle. I'm sure you can understand what an inconvenience this has been for my wife and I. That is the only form of transportation I have, so for the last month my wife has had to drive me back and fourth to work, while also going to work herself. "
