"After one week I had received nothing in writing indicating a package was shipped or what tracking number was. So I called customer support and they said there was a delay because something wasn't in stock. They did not give a precise estimate of when the issue would be resolved.
After two weeks they have shipped me nothing, nor sent me any communication in writing indicating a delay.
I just checked my credit card bill, and I have been billed for the items that I have neither received nor heard anything about in writing. Needless to say that is terrible customer experience! The worst I have ever had on the internet."
"They sell mostly Monster cables but they had a closeout sale on Speck products for iPods and MacBooks and their prices were really cheap.
I contacted customer service to make sure that be shipped immediately and they answer questions promptly, even on a Saturday! Both times I had to contact them via e-mail I receive a response immediately so I give them props for the good customer service.
Items arrived in my doorstep in time as promised."
