"TERRIBLE customer service. I called them twice a week after placing order and getting NO confirmation/tracking...no communication at all, except for charging my credit card. After 2 weeks, disputed charges, CC refunded my money and is back-charging them.

"I ordered from this company after not finding any negative feedback on them. Within 24 hours of placing my order I received written confirmation that my items had shipped, and was provided with a tracking number. This update was false, and more than a week later my order still had not shipped. My efforts to contact the company were unsuccessful. After threatening to dispute the charges I received an email response telling me to "be patient" because one of my items was backordered. While my order did mysteriously appear on my doorstep just a few days later, it was frustrating to not receive any response or updates on something that I had already paid for. I noticed that the "be patient" email was signed with the company name vitanherbs.com and if I had any idea that ShopBestNaturals was actually VitaNHerbs (check out the reviews on that company) I never would have ordered from them. I hope this information proves useful to others."
