However, I ordered 6 External Drip Caps for my camper windows and vent covers. Ordered at 9:30AM on Monday and paid 2nd Day Air shipping. Parts arrived Wednesday at 2:30PM. Well packaged in a very sturdy cardboard shipping tube and bubble-wrapped. Now for a review of the aluminum External Drip Caps, for example SKU# 3033661, Formed Ends & Punched Mounting Holes, 36" Drip Cap: these aluminum drip caps are much better than plastic ones I previously used. I suggest adding 4" to 5" to the width of the window or vent cover that the drip cap will be installed over, so there is at least 2" extra on each side when installed. I did not have any interaction with customer service; the product was shipped and received on time, no damaged parts. I’m very satisfied with the site for ordering, shipping, and good product."
