"I purchased side molding for my Cadillac. The professional installer told me that there was not enough 3M taping on the molding; therefore, it there were places it would not stick. I sent pics to ShopSar who blamed the installer. So meanwhile, I the consumer forked out hundreds of dollars for nothing. ShopSAR offered 25% discount if ordered again. Sure, good money after bad."

"HORRIBLE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS... I would rather pay twice the price elsewhere than use ShopSAR.COM!!! Their manager, Al, is very ignorant and knows nothing about business, marketing, making a sale, or keeping the customer happy. I purchased a 2010 Katzkin leather interior online and they sent me an interior for a completely different vehicle. I have the receipt and it shows the exact year/make/model yet he refuses to refund my order!!! I JUST LOST $900.... this is completely useless to me and he refuses to speak to me on the phone. Hangs up on me every time I call and just wants to avoid the situation. AVOID!!!"
