"I had the same horrible experience as the customer of 9/12/12 had. Order was never shipped. Sent an email after 2 weeks to follow up on the order, but nobody replied. Called many times and nobody answers the phone. Sent another email the 4th week and again, nobody replies. So I had to call my credit card company to contest the charges and report the supplier!
I never had a similar experience with any supplier online. These guys do not deserve to do business with them. They are quick in charging you and taking your money... but you don't receive any items nor a service. This is very unprofessional and very bad!"

"I ordered 3 boxes of cigars 08/21/12. Got an order confirmation email. 08/27/12 I sent in two messages inquiring on the status of my order. 08/31/12 I received a reply stating there was a billing glitch, that I could re-order the products, and my money would be refunded that day. Money was not refunded. I went to check my account, and my card had been charged, 08/2712; the day I sent in the messages. I checked their website, and ALL cigars had been removed from their website. I sent them a message cancelling my order, and demanding a full refund. After some email tag play, where I informed them I knew they were liars, had an "F" rating at the BBB, and I didn't play when it came to my money, I was refunded on 09/06/12. An extremely horrible business with a bad rating at the BBB, they are liars, and should never be trusted!"

"First order was charged, not sent until I followed up a week later.
Second order was over $1000.00. They charged my card the same day. Two weeks later I inquired, 'backordered', no specified time to arrive. They asked if I would like to cancel. Yes. They said they would refund in 3-5 business days. It's now three weeks later. No refund, no callback. I put the charge in dispute. DO NOT BE TEMPTED by their pricing. If you never get your merchandise or your money back, it's a BAD deal. Have since turned them in to the BBB."

I called the next week and they said that if product was not there by Friday, it would definitely be there Saturday. Saturday came and went, still no product. I canceled my order. I will go elseware. They have since corrected the error on their website. So, in the end, my order wound up costing me more than it should have because of their mistake. No refund for my return postage was offered. I should also note their online customer support does not appear to be monitored. You have to call their phone number for any help."
