Followed the instruction to send the still sealed battery for exchange. Got notification that the item for exchange is received and a new one is going to be shipped. Got full refund of the price difference back on my PayPal account and another battery delivered in 4 days. Outstanding service."
"I ordered a camcorder battery on May 30, 2009. They double billed me for my order and I had to call and get that fixed. The order finally arrived today, June 15th, and I live in Columbus, Ohio. They shipped it out on June 1st (from Massachusetts to Ohio). I think 15 days is kind of a ridiculous amount of time to ship a battery that distance (for $5.99). I can ship a package USPS priority with delivery confirmation for that price and it will arrive in 2-3 days. This site has great prices if you are not in a hurry to receive your order."
"I ordered a long-life battery for my new camcorder, at less than half the cost of the OEM version. Unfortunately, the product was defective. I immediately called, and was adviosed to return it for either a full refund or replacement (my choice). I opted for the latter, and received a new one in less than a week. It works just fine. This level of customer service is rapidly disappearing. I'm impressed, and will not hesitate to do business with ShopExtreme again. "
