"I ordered 2 scarves 5 months ago from ShopItAgain. The items never arrived. I had ordered a free sample prior and it did arrive so I thought this would be no problem. I was charged doubled what I was told, and never got anything. I have contacted customer service several times with no progress. This company is a scam and it a shame we can't stop them. ShopItAgain has a high score on eBay and I wish I could leave a review there since I think it is probably a score they have fixed somehow."

"Ordered from this place, item never arrived (I am writing this review 5 weeks after placing the order). I opened a Paypal dispute and was asked by a representative from ShopItAgain to close it since they will be sending refund. However, it has been 7 days since then and no refund has been issued. Emails to ****@**** bounce back with a "Quote Exceeded" error, and I am unable to get any replies from their paypal email address.

"Shopitagain.com is a horrible website. I have ordered some freebie offers that I had found on some other blogs that I follow and they never send you anything. I placed an order in February and March of this year and haven't received anything. I even sent an email asking about my orders and no response. Customer service of this company is nonexistant."
