"This e-store contains many organic and healthy products such as honey, bee venom, colostrum, fish oil..ect. It needs to improve its quality to its customers by keeping motivating customers to add their reviews because most of the products are new specially for those international customers. The shipping rate was excellent, nowadays I'm noticing that it has increased. I liked to purchase from this store because of its quality of healthy products plus its great shipping rates, so I wonder if they do not increase the rates. I cancelled buying from other e-stores because of thier new high shipping policy. Also, they took long time to response to your emails and sometime they won't at all. I paid for two orders and after two days of my orders' dates, they sent me emails saying that some of the items out of stock! Which considered as wasting time and money for the shipping and the prices too."

After three emails to customer service who repeatedly tell me that it comes automatically I still have not received it. Thankfully I took the voucher no which I had to pass on. Several month after i try to find bee products on internet and i see again the picture of the shop we were in holiday at the bay of plenty. So i manage to buy again propolis product and royal gelée to try. It was a very good expérience, the product come to my home in only 10 days, an in very good conditions.
