"Ordered some fog lights from this website, I called since I had some questions about it and then decided to return it. Spoke to Patrick and asked him a couple questions about the process. He told me it’s online for me to read. But I had questions on that part and he was rude about it and continued to rudely tell me it’s on their website to read. If I’m calling I obviously have a question or I’m not understanding something but he doesn’t have to be so rude about it. Won’t shop here again and I don’t recommend them if you have rude customer service like Patrick has! "
"We recently purchased an auto from this dealership. The salespersons were very friendly. We were told it had been inspected and road ready. We never saw the car in the daytime as we drove it at night and purchased it that night. We go to pick it up and the mechanic went over the details inside the car with us.
When I got home, we noticed that the radio buttons were worn so it was impossible to set a station. The black plastic on the passenger door was broken and falling off the frame. The left side of the muller had a broken bracket so it was hanging down.
There were large paint chips that were never touched up. Yes, it is 7 years old, BUT these are items that I, a woman noticed!!! Why weren't these items picked up by their mechanics????
It leaves me to wonder who else has had these experiences with this dealership? As we speak this list of mistakes are being taken care of by the same people who missed then the first time through!"
"They sent me an RMA label. I returned the product and never received a refund."
"After I disputed the transaction with my bank because the company wouldn't communicate with me I got denied because my bank said the Merchant states the customer didn't want to return the product. So now I'm contacting my lawyer to see what steps I can take to get my money back. "
"Not a great buying experience, whatsoever. Avoid entirely!"
"Sent the wrong parts said it was my issue then they want a restocking fee and want me to pay shipping both ways for their mistake wow"
"GMC Sierra White Frost Tricoat fender Flares. Items arrived on time. We’re OEM parts. Customer service was helpful. No complaints will use again for parts if needed. Best price I could find at the time. ($478 vs $650 @ dealer)"
"Ordered a set of black fog light trim rings from these guys on 4/14/20. They arrived in a decent time frame in a crushed box from UPS. They were shipped in the original Chevy box which was lightweight at best. In hindsight, this entire debacle could have been avoided with decent packaging from these guys. One of the trim pieces was broken. Their instructions on the packing receipt said that the customer was responsible for filing a claim with the carrier which I did. After several weeks of back and forth with UPS, UPS finally picked up the damaged parts. After not hearing anything from either UPS or shopchevyparts I contacted shopchevyparts to which they replied that yes, they would reship the parts as soon as they received them from GM which was supposed to be later in the week. Should have them soon after, I was promised. After nothing for another couple of weeks, I suddenly had a credit on my credit card. I emailed them again to find out where my parts were at. Sorry, we can't get them from GM right now was their answer. One thing they do excel at is responding back quickly with a reply to your questions. Everything else is poor: 1. Poor packaging allowing for parts to be damaged during shipping 2. Requiring the customer to file shipping damage claims. I've never had to do this before because any damage/problems I've had in the past from other sellers were ALWAYS handled by the seller 3. Lack of communication and status of your outstanding orders especially if you have an issue.
This was my first and LAST order with shopchevyparts.com which is indeed unfortunate. C'mon guys, you can do better than this was just a LITTLE bit of extra effort...."
"Customer service representative assured it was shipping company who was at fault for damage when there was clips missing that can no way just “pop out” . Part has to be disambled for those clips to come off. Had big scratch on grill amd there packaging was a joke. "
"Looking for the original mud flaps for my truck, that are now discontinued, I called my local dealer and got the correct part number and a lead on another dealer 3 states away that had them but they want full retail price. Did some looking and found ShopChevyParts.com but the photo on the website didn't match the part number. After seeing the return policy that does not mention if they send the wrong part, I emailed asking what the policy was if I ordered the correct part number but the wrong part arrived. 8 back and forth 1 line response emails later, he responded that the policy was on their website. That leaves me with a restocking fee, shipping costs, etc out of pocket if they are in the wrong. So I went online and searched reviews of the website and was shocked to see how many bad reviews there were and that "scams" were even in the top 10 search results.
Would have been $75 from ShopChevyParts.com with shipping and I am going back to order them from a new Chevy dealer that has a few of them and sent me a photo verifying that they are right. For $30, I'm supporting a local business that is actually willing to give me peace of mind and less hassle."
"They charge you to return the item plus a re-stocking fee. I bought something tha was 100$. It was going to cost $24 to ship from MI to FL plus the $10 re-stocking fee. Its actualy comical! Plus the dude on the phone was super rude - when I asked to speak to his supervisor he said he didnt have one and he was in charge of customer service."
"Ordered black chevy bowties for my car. Turns out they sent me the wrong item. I asked if they had the correct item and they said no. I asked if I could return the items. It took several emails before they even understood what was wrong and agreed to take them back. They did not want to take them back. Returned everything in the original packaging, nothing missing. I had to pay return shipping. They did not refund that. I could almost understand that. But they also did not refund my original shipping. That seemed odd. And then they charged me a 10% restocking fee on my item. They charged me a fee because they sent me the wrong item. Insane.
Absolute thieves. Terrible customer service. Never returned my calls. Took several emails to get responses. Even if you think you're saving money here, you're not. Run away as fast as you can. Terrible company. "
"Delayed in getting my product. No heads up or nothing. Called about it and basically told me to go to hell because there was nothing he could do about it. "
"Good luck if you need to return something, This company fails miserably at customer service. I ordered a set of floor mats for my Chevy Silverado. The price was good and the shipping costs were reasonable. The products arrived in two boxes and the front mats were much smaller than I anticipated. These are supposed to be winter mats and are smaller than the factory mats. The box for the front mats was damaged when it arrived so I went to a local UPS store, paid for a new box and had them shipped back in one box at my expense. My return was denied because I did not use the box they came in! This was a plain brown box...that came to me damaged. I was told the mats could not be resold since the box I used did not have the factory sticker on it. I am now stuck with a set of mats I cannot use because of the poor packaging used in the first place. If it was so important to use the same generic box from the factory it should have had an outer box to protect it during shipping.

"Nice job. Purchase processed quickly, order and shipping information provided each step of the way, and products received on time."
