"I will never buy another thing from this site.
Was told when I ordered my item would be shipped in 2 business days. It took 11 days to ship, and that's only because I contacted customer service to complain about the delay. Otherwise I'd probably still be waiting. I ordered a men's 2XL. The shirt I received was labeled 2XL however my 10 year old son could barely fit in it. Not even worth returning because I have to pay return shipping. Horrible overall. Thanks for nothing."
"I preordered an item back in September for my brother's birthday in October. When i preorderd the item, the description said that it was a preorder for a shipment on 10/25. When the 25th of October came and went, I contacted the site. It took them almost a week to get back to me, only to have them tell me that their records show my preorder was for a shipment on 12/13. I was pretty ****, but I figured I'd just wait patiently and give it to my brother for Christmas instead. It is now 12/19, I've already purchased and received the same item off a different site. I've requested that they cancel my order almost a week ago and again no response. This site is a joke. Don't even bother ordering off this site. You'll never see your product!!"
"I ordered two items from them this year. When the box arrived, the packing slip said there were two items, but there was only one item. I called customer service and they said they would send me another one. Two weeks later, I contacted them again. They told me that they still hadn't shipped the replacement, apparently these things take time. I asked to cancel the item for a refund. The customer representative was one of the rudest I have ever interacted with. I still have not received a refund and it has been a week. I even emailed their support with no response. I will never do business with this company again. You can save money on almost every item through Amazon and not deal with their lack of customer support."
"Several years ago I ordered with the company and ended up cancelling the order after the item was not received within a few weeks and I learned it was out of stock.
This year I tried again. I made sure that I only ordered items listed as in stock on the website and would ship within 1 business day- expected arrival time in 3-5 days. My confirmation email said I would receive another email once the items shipped.
To make a long story short: I never received an email that items had shipped. I emailed the customer support team twice and never received any response other than the automated reply. The tracking system they gave me did not work when I tried to use it (said no such order existed). When I called the company, I was told that one of the items I was still waiting on was out of stock and they did not know when/if it would ship.
I ended up cancelling the remainder of the order and have to find/buy a new gift.
I do not recommend using this site as shipping is inconsistent and their process does not match the information you are given as a consumer."
