"Scam! Can't return items. No Customer Service"
"This company is an absolute joke. Buyer beware! Purchased a chandelier that ended up being too small for my space and there is no customer service number to contact only email, so you are at the mercy of hoping someone responds on the other end. You spend most of your time waiting on email responses or sending multiple emails hoping to get your issues handled all the while if they do respond they blame manufacturer delays. They offered me less than half of what I spent on chandelier if I just opted to keep it, which I’m not interested in doing, however, I have not been successful at getting the return information from them to return my item. So due to their lack of customer service and response they are just trying to buy time so that I am out of money. Totally unacceptable, do not risk it and take your business elsewhere. "

I ordered 5 fans from them in July. They sent the blades but not motors. What am I going to do with fan blades and no motors?
We immediately notified them of the omission. They informed me after the purchase that motors were sold separately, even though their website was clearly misleading and did not mention that.
They never offered a return or refund. By the time I was able put in a claim with PayPal, SF denied the refund because it was after 90 days—even though I reported the incomplete shipment within 30 days.
ShopFreely falsely claimed to PayPal that it was beyond the timeframe, even though I reported it right away.

"I called to verify a product was in stock. The rep assured me it was but could not give me the units available and claimed it was not flagged as low inventory. They charged my credit card same day. 8 days later, no communication, I call and no one knows anything. I then receive an email telling me they will refund my money because the product ran out of stock before they could ship. DO NOT order from this site! "

"Ordered three lights from Shopfreely on ebay. One light arrived broken. I filed a return. Shopfreely offered to send replacement part along with a partial refund. When I accepted the partial refund, that action closed my ebay return ticket. I believe the partial refund offer was a SCAM to close the ebay ticket. After several weeks and several messages to ShopFreely through ebay messaging shopfreely DID NOT SEND THE PROMISED REPLACEMENT NOR DID THEY OFFER TO MAKE ANY OTHER RESOLUTION. Fortunately I paid with PayPal because while ebay could not longer help me, I was able to file a claim with PayPal. We will see how it goes. What a hassle dealing with ShopFreely. Absolutely terrible service.
