They call me for confirmation and told me its price increased and I can get it in 32000. I confirmed the order and they have to deliver in next 4 hour. "So here is my experience of Shophive. These guys are a bunch of thieves! I really don’t know how else to describe them. I ordered an itunes $25 card on their website. The price shophive website quoted was Rs 2,799. On top of this, they charged me Rs 100 for delivery and another Rs 100 for cash on deliver – ok no biggie. After ordering I waited for a week but didn’t hear back from them – called them a couple of times and they told me that someone will get back to me. Anyway on November 11, I got a text from them (the person’s name was Amin) asking to deposit Rs 3,000 in advance before they send me the card. Hmm – that’s not what their website claimed – anyways I deposited the money and these guys disappeared again for 48 hours. Kept calling them and finally they told me that they would send me an sms with the scratch code. OK – so they charged extra for “delivery” – even though they wouldn’t be delivering – they charged extra for “cash on delivery” – even though I paid in advance – heck no biggie, I thought, lets just get the card. OK so after following up with them again, I finally got a text with the scratch code – yayyy! But guess I celebrated to soon. When I tried to register the code on itune, it gave an error saying the card had already been used! Hmmm – called them again. The person didn’t really sound surprised when I told him what had happened. He said he would forward me another code shortly. Long story short, they sent me three different code, all of them had already been used. I spoke to their manager/ owner Awais (email: xxxx) each time he gave me some lame excuse and told me he will resolve the issue ASAP). Now Rs 3,000 for me (and a lot of us) is a pretty insignificant amount – I wouldn’t have given this a second thought – had I not felt that I was being cheated. I actually needed a $100 card but I wanted to test these guys out to make sure they are legit – good thing I did. My advice to all of you, stay away from shophive, they are a bunch of thieves."
