"My husband I made an online purchase for an item for our infant son on July 1st. About a week later we recieved an item from UPS but there was no sender information on the box but just was addressed to my husband. We opened a box which was small and found an Evenflo Carrier inside but nothing in the box on where it was from. My husband and I were scratching our heads trying to think who had sent it thinking maybe a gift from someone. A frw more days had gone by and it was the 13th and we were wondering where our order from Shopko was and why it hadn't arrived so we checked with tracking to see where our product was. In tracking it said that it had been delivered a few days earlier. We thought that was odd and the only thing we received was that carrier which weighed approx 2 lbs. The shipment info that we tracked stated it weighed 23 lbs and that it was our sons activity bouncing saucer. We realized that we had received the wrong item and contacted Shopko right away. We spoke to customer service who stated she would need to talk to someone and get back to us. After 2 days we finally heard back and was told to take the item that was delivered to us and have it Fed X back at our expense and then they would refund us for the item which is a $100 difference, however they refused to send us the correct item. We went in today the 16th and now are unable to send the item back because the tracking number cannot be matched to the item we need to send back. We wasted 2 hours total today in just trying to send this item that we never ordered back to ultimately be told that we will now have to wait to get a call from Shopko from a manager later today. Very upset about this right now! Highly unprofessional! We just want our item that we ordered or the refund. "
"love the mugs once we got them...ordered on line and pickup at the store...that was bull..2 hours after we ordered called to see if we could pick them up. person said we have six hours to get your order ready for pickup..what...you see we have a sell going on and we are busy...bull...have you ever been in the store here in spokane...you might be the only one there...any way we finally got an email that the order was ready..4 minutes after store closed for the night. will never go there again..we did talked to two managers that was a wasted.."
"On June first I was called by the optical department at the Marinette Wisconsin optical department to come in and pick my new glasses up. Because they haven't been helpful what so ever fitting me with new glasses after I even called the customer complaint department twice. Today I went in and met with the manager of the eye department and she tried to give me frames that were not even the same color as the ones I ordered after the corporate office assured me that they would have the product I ordered. This was the second time I was told from the corporate office that my order was going to be corrected but apparently never telling the manager to get it right. Because when I told the manager that the glasses that she was trying to give me were not what I ordered. She told me that they are what I ordered until she looked at the paperwork and realized that once again she failed to fill my order. She put the lenses in another set of frames and then tried to tell me that the frames that she switched to are the new frames that were ordered for me. If so why did she have my lenses in a pair of frames that were not even the proper color. I think put my lenses in a used pair of frames and tried that trick for the second time. Because the nose pieces were all bent up. Well I took the junk frames I was given and left the store. I don't understand why I keep getting the same poor service every time they call and say my order is ready. I paid upfront for my glasses. I wish someone would help me out because apparently the corporate office could not get the product to me like I was promised twice already!!"
"So I work in a Shopko store in Illinois, I'd really like to know where everyone else is going because I know for a fact that my store manager would never allow any of the employees to mistreat a customer. That is the entire basis of Shopko, "our customers come first". I apologize to anyone who had a bad experience I can assure you that is not the case everywhere! There are some of us who do care about our job and care about customer satisfaction!"
"I have never been to a store where the workers and managers are so rude.. I worked here for maybe 3 days to realize how much they did not actually care about there customers they just wanted to make them think that. They wanted us to be as fake as possible. They wanted the store to look good compared to other stores and higher in rankings. They push loyalty cards on people that just do NOT want them and repeatedly have said no. They don’t look happy. They look like stuck up **** who think there **** don’t stink. Mainly a manager named Josie. I’ve never met such an unwelcoming rude person in my like. She always looks rude. She talks rude and most of all could care less about anyone she is around. The store looks like crap and prices are in all the wrong spots. They can’t keep employees because they treat them like trash. I’d love to shop there if Josie was not there!"
"Had about $200 dollars of clothes to try on. Clerk said I could only take back two items because theft is so high and treated me rudely. I asked if she could make an exception as I didn’t want to gets dressed in between every two items. Again she said theft is high and made me feel like she expected me to steal. I’m 60 years old and trying on clothes is a struggle. I promptly handed all the clothes to her and let her deal with it. I’ll never go in a Skopko again! "

"I have been receiving y eye care fro Shopko Optical for years. They are always polite, helpful, answer all my questions and the appointments are on time. They are especially kind to the older customers , taking the extra time to answer all their questions and provide them with excellent service. "

"Partly my fault, I didn't look at dimensions but when I got my order i could tell before opening it wasn't the size bean bag I wanted. I emailed them to ask if I could just return to sender. They said they didn't recommend that because it could get lost and then I wouldn't get my refund. I went to return it and it was going to cost more to return it than I paid for it with shipping to get to me at $5.99. Customer service probably knew that and knew I wouldn't pay that, so they wouldn't have to do the refund. Any other online order would have taken care of the return. Just poor business to me. "
"I ordered 8 sets of the same type of Christmas lights for my tree. I received am email confirmation of my order. The next day I receive an email saying 3 of the sets of lghts were cancelled. Later that same day I receive another email saying 1 more of the light sets was cancelled. Again later that same day I receive a 3rd email saying yet another set of lights were cancelled. I received 3 of the 8 sets I had originally ordered. All 3 sets were shipped and delivered on different days. I paid the same $10.99 shipping fee for 3 sets that I would have paid for 8 . I checked and the lights are still being sold on the website (at a higher price) so why was part of my ordered cancelled? I called customer service and asked why wasn't my order put on backorder and shipped later when they became available. Her response was they don't do backorders. So I asked if I want to order the rest of the lights again will be charged another shipping fee and her reply was yes. What a Mickey Mouse operation. They screw you by cancelling part of the order and raise the price and charge extra shipping if you order again what was not shipped originally. I will never business with them again. "

"The Manager, Assistant Manager and 2 Clerks at the Boise Idaho Store on Broadway were so kind and helpful with getting our gift cards ready for our students. The minute I walked into the store they were excited to see me and so helpful. I really appreciate all they did for my school. I will remember them for next year."
"My 8 yr old niece gave me money she earned selling her own toys to buy her little brother a Baby Alive Doll. Shopko had a sale so I bought it online throught them well BEFORE Black Friday. Got the confirmation that the order had been placed. Waited a week & a half for email to pick up. Shopko said it would take a while because their servers "always crash". Come to finally find out they'd canceled the order because they were out of stock. I didn't notice the refund in my bank account. I call the store to tell the Store Manager my situation & ask if I provide a bank statement could they honor the sale price at $2 off. They said they cannot due to store policy. I went to Amazon to purchase at $0.10 less than Shopko's current price because they have always been a phenomenal company to work with as a consumer."
"We ordered several comforters the day before Thanksgiving when their online sale started. We were told our items were ready that following Sunday but they canceled the one comforter that was for my son!!! They said they couldn't find one. BS!!!! We were there on Black Friday and saw several of the same one but didn't buy it because we already had one!!! Nothing we could do...."
