As for the laptop well amazing laptop but its not designed for the weak, its like a paving slab but I knew that before I bought it, But at the price its at for the specifications you get its well worth the extra weight ( I consider it my daily work out). If I was to custom build the same system from Dell4me or hell4me as I call them it would of cost me twice as much.

They accidentally sent the same order twice (in fact, they only billed once). I e-mailed them and they said they could schedule FedEx to pick up the extra box (at no expense to me). "I ordered an Intel D/4PCI Dialogic card from them on Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2004. The order was placed online at around 3pm Central. I needed the item soon, so I chose Next Day Air. Later that day I received an order confirmation email. However, I never received it the next day.
I called them back on Thursday (no toll free number) Jan. 22, 2004 to find out what happened to the order and they tell me that they sent me an email stating that I had to contact them to verify my credit card information. I told them that I received no such email, only the order confirmation email. Their website has an order tracking system, but it did not state anywhere that the order was on hold. So, I confirmed the order and faxed them the credit card and driver's license info that they requested with the promise that the item was shipping out that day so I could receive it the next day as promised.
By the next afternoon, I still had not received the package. I was given a tracking number, but that number does not provide any tracking info. So I called back and I'm told that there was a problem with the order but they assurmed me (again) that the order was definitely on it's way and that I will receive the item on Monday. I ask them why the tracking number did not work, and they tell me that the system hadn't updated yet, but that I should be able to track the system this weekend.
All weekend long I try to track the package with the same results: no tracking info.
I call back Monday morning to find out what has happened. They still can't find the order, blaming their distributor for the lost order. They can no longer guarrantee when, and if, I'll ever get my package, so I cancel the order.
I understand that sometimes mistakes happen, but too many mistakes on a very simple order is beyond my comprehension. From the non-existant email to verify my credit card info, to the multiple guarantees that I will receive my item is just bad business. Never make a promise that you can't keep. Basic business sense. And when I call back on Monday, they have the audacity to blame their distributor. They have only themselves to blame.
I will never order another item from them again. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of using this reseller to think twice before doing so. It might not be worth the hassle.

I just noticed that the online vendor responded to my post 3 months later. I had no idea that they did, but I thought I'd add a couple of responses to their claims.
Yes, they stated that they sent me an email confirming my order, but I did not receive an email requesting verification of the payment methond. It's very convenient for them to say that they sent an email without providing proof. I can provide proof that my email was functional, since I was able to receive the email confirmation. Also, I use Yahoo for my email services, and you can't fault them for their email delivery services. So, I believe the burden of proof is with the vendor.
Also, I called multiple times to find the order after not receiving (since I PAID for NEXT DAY delivery), I was given the run around, telling me that it was shipping that day. That happened several times. After I received a tracking number, that tracking number never even showed up as a valid number. Again, the burden of proof is on the vendor. It's easy enough to just give out tracking numbers without ever following up with customer or the order.
So, yes, I still stand by my original post, and will NEVER use this vendor again. I have purchased tens of thousands of dollars or equipment online, both for personal as well as business purchases. I can understand a few mistakes happening here and there. It happens. However, the level of incompetence that this vendor and their customer service displayed is beyond reproach. Not once did I receive a call back from them. I was the one who had to call everyday to check on the status of my order, which was very frustrating.

I received laptop that I ordered DOA (Dead on Arrival) - screen display was defective. Contacted ShopperWiz immediately (Returns dept.). They were very pleasant and professional and said they would have to contact the Manufacturer to authorize a replacement unit to be shipped out. They gave me timely updates via phone on status (DOA rep. from manufacturer not easy to make contact with) and even contacted me when the replacement laptop was shipped and when it would be delivered. The replacement unit was just fine and I received it when promised.
What could have been a stressful experience turned out to be the exact opposite with ShopperWiz. I certainly will do business with this First Class company again."

"Shopperwiz delivered order promptly. However, we incorrectly ordered an XD memory card instead of an SD card and needed to return it. Shopperwiz did not return voicemail or e-mail after 2 business days. Called on the 3rd business day and was put on hold for 12 minutes on a toll long distance call. Response from Shopperwiz was that they have to call the manufacturer for a return number and will charge a %15 restocking fee ($22.74). So right now I have the wrong merchandise and am out approximately $35 in shipping and restocking fees. This is not how to treat a customer."
