This is significant because this rum is top shelf, expensive, and hard to find. My only small bit of criticism would be that it took several days for them to get back to me on a specific question I asked via email...but they did reply with a personal response, vice an automated bot. 4.75 out of 5 stars!"

"Took over 7 days before my order was supposedly shipped. I did not get a tracking number after the order was shipped as promised. Sent an email requesting the tracking number but nevver received a response and after 3 days wait I called to get a status on the order and was told that the order was out for delivery that day. The order was not delivered until Sept. 24 nearly 2 weeks from the order date."
